活动形式：活动期间，国美承诺消费者购买的自营家电商品配送、安装一体完成，因我司原因导致送装延误引发顾客投诉，超出约定时间2小时的赔付顾客100元红券/单。

晒图好评的奖励标准和具体规则

一、活动奖励：

用户购买自营3C产品，单个商品实际支付金额大于等于100元，在确认收货并进行晒图好评，审核通过后，即可获得1000美豆的奖励，数量有限，送完即止。

二、每个用户(同一个国美账户、同一手机号、同一支付账户、同一手机设备、同一IP地址均默认为同一用户)，同一订单多种不同商品，可参与多次，获得多次美豆奖励，同一用户最多参与5次；若同一订单多件相同商品，仅能评价1次，获得1次评价美豆。(例如用户在同一订单中，购买了一款手机、一款电脑、一款相机，且均进行晒单好评，可获得3次奖励；用户在同一订单中购买同款手机2台，仅能获得1次奖励)。

三、晒图好评说明：

1、客户发表的评价内容应真实、客观，并鼓励进行原创，客户的评价会直接影响商品好评率。

2、所购商品发生退货，需要扣除该商品通过购物、评价所获赠的美豆，如账户美豆不足，则从商品退款金额中扣除相应的现金。

3、 国美将对评价和晒单内容进行审核，审核通过后的评价和晒单才能展示给其他用户。对于审核不通过的评价晒单，不能获得美豆奖励，且文字、晒图均不能被展示出来。

4、审核不予通过的评价、晒单情况如下（包含但不限于以下内容）：

（1） 评价心得文字与购买的商品无关；

（2） 剽窃、无意义、违法、涉黄、违反道德的评价或晒单；

（3） 拷贝自己或者他人评价内容超过80%以上（以字数为准）；

（4） 使用标点符号过多的；评价内容没有任何参考价值、被5名以上网友举报或者违反法律、法规的；

（5） 晒单图片与所购买商品不一致；

（6） 晒单为截屏图片；

（7） 图片不清晰，不能达到晒单目的；

（8） 未经过他人同意，涉及使用他人图片或将他人图片进行编辑后发布；

（9） 盗用他人图片经举报、诉讼情况属实；

（10） 图片中涉及敏感词汇（如：曝光，315，翻新等）；

（11） 图片涉及与客服聊天记录。
