一、自营大家电商品：500个城市物流不打烊

1、春节期间2017年1月27日-2017年2月2日（除夕至年初六），16大城市主城区支持正常生产、配送服务、次日达。

2、春节期间2017年1月27日-2017年2月2日（除夕至年初六），如下500个市县核心区域正常生产、配送服务、最快次日达。

二、自营小件商品：10大城市物流不打烊

1、1月27日至1月30日（除夕至初三），北京、上海、广州、深圳、成都、重庆、天津、石家庄、保定、唐山10城市不打烊（只支持在线支付）；该期间其他区域可正常下单，1月31日（初四）将陆续恢复提货、转运、配送。

2、1月27日至2月2日（除夕至初六）全国暂停当日达服务，次日达正常运营，从2月3日（初七）起当日达、次日达陆续恢复正常；

3、1月23日至2月2日部分配送区域因空运要求，含电池、液体等商品不能满足配送；该类订单从2月3日起恢复正常配送。

春节期间部分城市及地区，受春节订单量激增、车流量大可能造成道路拥堵及天气异常等情况影响，部分商品发货及配送可能出现延误的情况，敬请您耐心等待，我们会尽最大努力，尽快为您送达。
