    红包雨规则

    1、派发时间：2016年12月1日 至2016年12月12日期间，每天的14:00-18:00整点时段发放，每天发放5次，共12天；
    2、使用期限：2016年12月13日23:59:59，逾期作废；
    3、金额范围：每次开启1个大红包，大红包总额5000元 ，大红包含3000个小红包，红包面值随机，最高100元，每个用户每天可参与1次抢红包；
    4、使用规则：
    ① 红包不得提现，不得转赠他人，不得为他人付款；
    ② 红包可累计总额提取为1张红券，无购物门槛，少于1元部分，无法提取。如多个红包兑换为多张红券，则同一订单红券不能叠加使用。（参见我的国美-红券使用规则）
    ③红包最晚兑换时间为12.12日晚19点，逾期系统自动关闭，视为放弃。
    5、举例：甲用户于12月9日抢红包2.8元，于12月10日抢红包5元，于12月11日抢红包30 元，则该用户可一次性提取37元红券一张。
    6、使用范围：红包仅限在国美在线购买实物商品使用（充值、金融、黄金、汽车、旅游、礼卡礼券、国美实体卡、美通卡、以及国美在线"其他虚拟类目"商品除外）；
    7、支付方式：红包既可以用于单件商品的付款，也可以用于多件商品（所有商品皆在红包使用范围内）的合并付款；
    8、注意事项：
    ① 本次活动发放的红包用于支付后，使用红包的订单发生退款时，红包概不退还；
    ② 在获取和使用红包过程中，如果出现违规行为（如作弊领取、恶意套取、虚假交易等），国美在线将取消您的中奖资格，并有权撤销违规交易，收回红包（含已使用的红包及未使用的红包），必要时追究法律责任。
    ③ 用户参与此活动即视为理解并同意本活动细则，在法律允许范围内，国美在线对本活动有最终解释权 。
