预售规则

一、活动时间：

1、定金支付时间：2016年10月28日00:00:00--11月10日19:59:59。

2、尾款支付时间：2016年11月10日20:00:00--11月14日00:00:00。

二：活动须知：

注：预售商品不可叠加使用优惠券，不参与满减。

3、定金下单后需在30分钟内成功支付定金，否则系统将自动关闭该订单，取消该交易；

翼支付满减活动规则

1、活动时间：2016年11月1日-11月30日

2、活动内容：

        活动一：用户在国美在线官网使用翼支付收银台消费，消费金额满99元可享受随机立减，立减金额15元起，111元封顶，名额限25万名，先到先得；

        活动二：2016年11月10日-11日，消费金额满99元可享受随机立减，立减金额30元起，1111元封顶，11月10日限5万名额，11月11日限15万名额，先到先得；

3、同一手机号、电脑终端、身份证号均视为同一用户，活动一和活动二限各享受优惠1次；

4、活动限绑定快捷支付银行卡的用户参与，可在翼支付APP-账户-我的银行卡完成绑定，绑定后银行卡会带"快捷支付"或" 理财 "标识，"提现"标识不可参加活动；

5、若用户发生退款，翼支付仅退还用户实际支付的金额，优先扣除优惠部分；

6、活动暂不支持"170/171/149"号段注册的翼支付账户参与；

7、如在订单支付过程中取消或放弃支付导致未支付成功，可在12分钟后重新下单享受优惠。

8、海外购、虚拟、卡券、金融、黄金珠宝等不支持使用翼支付满减。

9、用户支付操作使用说明：用户订单提交成功后，支付请选择：平台支付-翼支付。
